Mado: 310,000 views and a sold-out Eid in 7 days, with no ad spend

For each Eid, Mado sells whole baklava trays, a product it offers only around the holiday. We filmed five Reels in advance and published them over the seven days before the holiday, using organic content only. The trays sold out, and some customers had to come back on the second day of Eid to get theirs.

How much does social media management cost for a small business?
Social media management for a small business costs €500, €1,000 or €1,500 a month with Everline. Starter includes 4 Reels and 4 graphic posts a month on two platforms, Growth includes 10 Reels and 2 graphic posts on three platforms, and Pro includes 16 Reels, 4 graphic posts and seasonal campaign content on four platforms.
How does the reach guarantee work?
The reach guarantee, included in the Growth and Pro packages, means your monthly reach grows by 10x, 5x or 2x within three months, depending on how many people your account reaches when we start. If it doesn't, we keep working for free until it does. Accounts already reaching over 100,000 people a month get a custom target, and the guarantee applies when content is approved on time.
How is social media management billed?
Social media management is billed monthly, in advance, and our standard contract is 3 months. That gives the content enough time to show results and matches the three-month window of the reach guarantee.
Where do you film the videos?
We film on site at your business in Sarajevo and Oslo. If your business is somewhere else, you can send us your products and we film them for you.
Which social media platforms do you post on?
Starter covers two platforms, usually Instagram and TikTok. Growth adds Facebook, and Pro adds a fourth platform such as YouTube Shorts or LinkedIn, depending on where your customers spend their time.
Why do you focus on Reels and TikToks?
We focus on Reels and TikToks because short videos are shown to people who don't follow you yet, which is where new customers come from. Graphic posts still have a place for offers and announcements, so every package includes both.
Do I approve the content before it's posted?
Yes, you approve the content before anything is posted. Each month starts with a content plan you sign off, and you can ask for changes to videos and posts before they go live.
Do you answer DMs and messages for my business?
No, direct messages stay with your business. They're usually orders, bookings and questions only you can answer, so you keep them. From the Growth package up, we reply to comments on your posts.
Can I buy videos without social media management?
Yes, you can buy videos without a monthly package. A Reel we film and edit costs €110, or €850 for ten, and editing a video you filmed yourself costs €70, or €600 for ten. Do you run paid ads on social media?
Paid ads are a separate service and aren't included in these packages. If you run ads with us, the ad spend is billed to you directly, so you always control how much goes into the platforms.
