1. Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Website URL (optional)
- Business revenue range

This is sent to our team by email. It is not stored in a database on our server.
Revenue Audit tool
When you use the free Revenue Audit tool, we collect the checklist items you select, the monthly revenue figure you enter, and your name and email address when you request your results.
Your name, email address and results (your revenue figure, the estimated loss range and the top issue found) are stored with our email provider, MailerLite, so we can email you your results and a short series of follow-up emails about fixing the issues found. If you book a call from the results page, your name, email address and a summary of your results are passed to Google Calendar to fill in the booking form for you.
Calls you book
When you book a call through Google Calendar, we receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and any notes.
